How To Enter:

Send us a photo of yourself or your friends & family enjoying a day at the pool, beach, lake, or river on a Sportsstuff inflatable. At the end of each month we’ll award the #1 photo one of our exclusive LULU1 Controllable Towables & the #2 photo an amazing BOOSTER BALL Tow System. To submit a photograph you’ll need to E-mail your original photo to photocontest@sportsstuff.com. Give your photo a title & let us know when & where it was taken. Don’t forget to include your home address so we know where to send your prize if you’re a winner. Then check back to see all the latest submissions in the Sportsstuff photo gallery http://www.sportsstuff.com/gallery.php Only 1 photo per household will be accepted for the contest each month, but you're welcome to submit as many photos to the Sportsstuff photo gallery as you want.

Official Rules:

Sportsstuff invites its valued customers to submit their favorite watersports photo featuring one of our inflatables for our Summer Tubing Photo Contest. At the end of each month this summer, the best 2 photos will be chosen by Sportsstuff from among the latest entries. Of the 2 best photos chosen, Sportsstuff will award the 1st place winner a Lulu1 controllable towable & the 2nd place winner will be awarded a Booster Ball Tow System. Sportsstuff possesses full control over the selection of, and the decision not to select, any particular photograph to post on our website. If fewer than five (5) entries are submitted in a particular month, Sportsstuff reserves the right to not select a winner for that time period.

The contest is open only to legal residents of the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico). Limit one photograph submission per person each month this summer. You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry to submit a photograph. If you are younger than 18 years and wish to submit a photograph, you may have your parent or legal guardian submit the photograph on your behalf; in that case, in the photo description the parent or guardian should note the photographer's name, age and relationship to the submitter. Submissions must be in JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg) digital format and no greater than 5 megabytes in file size. Please provide only the original, unmodified camera image. Sportsstuff will not consider photographs we consider to be objectionable content.

By submitting a photograph for consideration, you warrant and represent that the photograph you submit (the "Photograph") is your own original work (or, in the case of submitting on behalf of a child, the original work of your child), that you alone (or your child) own copyright to the Photograph, that it is an authentic and accurate depiction of the subject matter presented, that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the Photograph, and that you have obtained all third party releases and permissions necessary for our use, and that the Photograph has not appeared on another website or in another publication. If Sportsstuff receives a complaint that substantially questions the reliability of any of the above warranties, we reserve the right to remove or delete the Photograph.

By submitting any photo(s) to the contest, you grant Sportsstuff the following rights: a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, distribute, reproduce and create derivatives of the Photograph, in whole or in part, without further review or participation from you, in any medium now existing or subsequently developed, in editorial, commercial, promotional and trade uses in connection with our products. © SPORTSSTUFF, INC. 2009
