After this form has been submitted, be sure to check your email for your Pump Reference Number.
Please use the form on this page to request your replacement pump. Before we ship your new pump, you must send us your old pump as outlined below:

Pump Return Procedure: If your Pump has been used or is unused, we will need you to complete the following steps:
Please return your complete unit to Sportsstuff:
- Locate a box that your pump will fit in.
- Please place the pump along with the hose and nozzles in a box.
- PLEASE WRITE THE PUMP REFERENCE NUMBER THAT YOU RECEIVED AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE box. THIS PUMP REFERENCE NUMBER IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. WITHOUT IT YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE ORDER MAY NOT BE PROCESSED. PLEASE PRINT THE ENTIRE NUMBER CLEARLY. SPORTSSTUFF WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNS THAT ARE MISSING THE PRN. We MUST have all of these parts returned before we will ship out the replacement pump.

- You should use UPS Ground Service to return the unit, and you may charge the ground freight to our UPS account. Sportsstuff Customer Service will give you the account number when your request is received via email. The UPS account number along with return instructions will be emailed to you confirming the exchange.
- Once we have received your Pump return, we will process and ship out your exchange product via UPS Ground service. Thank you for your cooperation!
